Millennials! It’s trendy to talk about them. HR people struggle to find their defining characteristics, employers try their hardest to understand them in order to “make use of” them as efficiently as possible, sociologists are breaking their back trying to conceive different scenarios as the future of the world is starting belonging to their hands. But is there anybody asking the so-called Millennials what they want? I hope with all my heart there is. As far as I’m concerned, I do it whenever I get the chance (related to coaching or not). And so far, I’ve found that they’re so very different from each other and therefore it’s hard for me to draw them into a pattern.
